Roll & Do is a small, independently run task and hobby app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Roll & Do is
A tool for choosing what to work on: you pick a time window, and a six-sided die picks the task. It is an early-stage product under active development. Features may change, and occasionally something may break.
It is not a medical or therapeutic service.Roll & Do was built around one person's experience of ADHD, and it may suit others with similar patterns, but it does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition and is not a substitute for professional advice or care.
Your account
Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, since anyone who can sign in there can reach your Roll & Do data. Accounts are for individual people, not shared logins, and you must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
Your tasks, hobbies, journal notes, and photos remain yours. You grant only the permission needed to run the service — storing your content, displaying it back to you, and including it in backups you request. Your content is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train machine-learning models.
You are responsible for what you upload, and you agree not to store anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to store.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or data
- Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it
- Do not resell or redistribute the service as your own
- Do not use it to store or distribute unlawful material
Cost
Roll & Do is free while in early testing. If paid plans are ever introduced, existing users will be told in advance and nothing will start charging without an explicit opt-in.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It may be unavailable for maintenance, may lose features, or may be discontinued. Keep your own copies of anything you would be upset to lose — the Export backup button in the app exists for exactly that.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time, and can ask for your account and its contents to be deleted by emailing christine@colorworks.co. Accounts that abuse the service or these terms may be suspended or removed.
Disclaimer and liability
Roll & Do is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use Roll & Do after a change means accepting the revised terms.
